  1. I have a 1998 Sundance Marin spa. I have new intellijets. There is poor flow to the jets, despite removing the control handles and ensuring flow to both. When looking down in to the column after removing the jet control handle and device, there is plastic cap floating at the bottom. I wonder what that is and the significance. Have tried changing the orientation of the device under the plastic handles but hasn't improved the flow. Thank you for the help.
