I just purchased a home that has a two year old Nordic Impulse spa. We used the tub a lot over the last week and added chemicals per previous owner instructions. It has been very hot the last week here. We had the tub set to 104 and it only reached 98 or so maybe 100 at one point. I thought ok maybe its a bit old. But tonight we used the tub and the outside temp is only 78 deg. We had the temp set on 104 and it only got up to 93 deg and would not go past that even if the cover was installed for an hour or so. Is this normal? This hot tub is becoming a pain instead of a relief. Help!
