My brand new Dimension D1 Journey pulls water into the filter only for the first 5 minutes of the 60 minute cycle when it is on high. After 5 minutes it automatically goes into a lower mode that is on for the remaining 55 minutes of the filter cycle.
In this mode there is no water pulled into the filter.
Dimension One Service claims this is normal and not a warranty issue but my water is cloudy & clearly not being filtered.
I am at an impasse with Dimension One Service. The dealer says his hands are tied without support from D1.
Any ideas?
