This is a new one. Just saw a message that said "Closed Flow Switch", then goes on to tell us to contact service organization. No associated error code, just that message. Our service dept is closed on the weekend. The temperatures have been unusually cold. Don't want to turn it off and freeze, also don't want to burn the heater up. Next move?
