  1. Hi again. Finally got all the bits and just returned from holiday. Decided today was the day I was going to install the new parts. Having traced the pipe back to the Ozonator I noticed that there was water in the tubing. Is this cause for concern, or can I just remove the pipe and water from it?

    Cheers in advance

It is a one way check valve to keep water from flowing past and getting into your ozone unit. Suggest you replace with 2 inline as extra protection. Make sure to install in the correct direction. If it is leaking you should get to replacement asap as the water will get into the ozone and cause a breaker trip and destroy the ozone unit.

Thanks for the info. Just a few more questions :). 1st is there an easy way to tell which way they go around, no arrows visible on it and 2nd, best type of glue to use when putting new ones on?

    Cheers Steve

  3. Hi, all I have a Passion Spa Corsica, an LX WP 300 - II pump. Has anyone got a picture of the wiring within the connection box? I replaced the pump last year or the year before and since not pumping correctly. I have tried everything to see if its an airlock but nothing has worked. A mech engineer has informed me that it is possible (although unlikely) that the wiring could be incorrect.

    Cheers

  4. Hi all. New here, I have had a quick browse and cannot locate any previous forums relating to my issue. As mentioned I have a Grizzly Corsica hot tub. Some time ago the air valves (4No) all appeared to stop working. The pump has 2 speeds which both work. I thought it may be an air lock so after trying a few things mentioned which didn't work, I emptied and refilled the tub. This however did not work. I have since had the tub on and when removing the air valves completely and expecting water to come out nothing. I also have a waterfall and when removing the air valve water comes squirting out of that, any help is appreciated.

    Steve
