I unplugged the one ribbon wire coming from the command screen. There is not 2 wires coming from it . Once I unplugged it it wouldn’t run any more . I could really use more help

Yes. If you open the control box you will see where they plug in. Try unplugging them one at a time. The spa will still run automated functions, so will still turn on for heat, filter, etc...
The fact that you just changed the heater and filled it tells me you may have gotten a control or circuit board wet. If there is condensation in the display or cracks in the surface of the control or the overlay is coming up you have moisture in the control.
There could also be chewed wire that got wet.

I am confused what you mean .
the heater was leaking I replaced the heater . Had to drain the hot tub and fill it back up . When I start it back up it runs for a little while the it will start . Low speed then high speed then shuts off and so on -
I could really use some help

It may do this for hours or stop for half hour and start in again. It’s very annoying. You can’t turn this pump off by the panel when it starts doing this most times, but once it’s done, you can turn it on manually if you want to.
