Ah, some very good reasons! It never occured to me to look UP! Yes, snow off the roof could be an issue, so I'll move it out a bit. Thanks all for your input.

Hi All -

I have chosen the location for my outdoor tub, with the exception of how close to my home it should be. My first thought was to abut the house, assuming it would help with heat retention since one side of the tub would be completely protected from the elements. It this adviseable? Is there a minimum recommended distance between tub and wall of home? If so, why?
