Still problems with them, I know for customers, getting repairs where there's no one local doing them. It seems to me that they are making the efforts where they need to. I do gripe alot about getting sent the wrong parts from this company and many others out there in Cali...

After reading your post, I have to tell you that I have worked on every new tub delivered to this area from Infinity. Brand new and I generally have leaks to deal with and problems with how the wiring was done insdie the balboa spa pack. I just don't see how the company can be "wet testing" their tubs with as many leaks as I am having to repair after they are delivered. THey have not been putting marine grade DVD's in them too causing replacements almost immediately. Be sure you know someone is in the area to repair them and what his rates are after their warranty is gone. Personally I would pick the Dynasty even though that is also not one of my fav. brands.

I just spent working 14 hours over two days on two brand new Platinum spas. One was delivered with 9 seperate problems and the other with 7. Most of the problems were leaks, of course, a few wiring issues on the boards (Someone rewired it wrong before it was delivered!) I wish and hope and even pray the company comes back strong. I love the $78.50 an hour I get for repairing these incredible pieces of bad workmanship! Long live internet tub sales too...I am going to get a new 2008 Range Rover from repairing them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
