Fiberglass Pool Is Very Unlevel, What Can I Do?

Hello, can someine please help!!!!! I had a guy by the name of ED Mara come installed my fiberglass taj mahal shallow shape pool, he left my pool unleveled at about 5", what can I do? I have been calling pool companys and noone wants to reset it or level it out for me. this guy is a scam artist, I found many reports on him and will be taking him to court. Can someone please advised on what I should do? the middle side of the pool looks like it sunk in a bit and the shallow end is about 5" off. Please help, this has been a nightmare. -
