I have one property that the inside pool is 190,000 gallons and the outdoor pool that is 150,000 salt water pool and I check then twice a week. the other ones are about 90,00 to 180,000 gallon outdoor pools. All are cleaned twice a week by me and the porperties provide the chemical.

I have been in the pool business for a year now I have only dwelt with cleaning and maintaining residential pools. But I have recently taken over some pools at several apartment complexes and a few HOA,s pools as well. I am afraid I am charging to little what is the going rate for larger pool's.
