Jandy 1400 service light came on last week and I cleaned the cell. Service light went off, but was then followed by the fault codes of 172 and 186. Cleaning the sensor with a scotch brite did not resolve the problem. The no flow light then appeared, but would go out during cell reversing. Since the temp and salinity readings were accurate, I ordered a new flow sensor. Before the new part arrived the unit started acting VERY strange. The fault codes disappeared and the all of the lights would flicker on and off randomly. After replacing the sensor the temp and salinity readings were off the charts and inconsistent. Pool temp 111, 112 and salinity 4200, 4300, 4400. Is the next step to replace the front board? Should I keep the flow sensor? Or does it sound like another problem? Any advice would be appreciated.
