Ken Swift

I moved to South Carolina a couple years ago and have been treating my pool with chlorine 3" pucks because I can't find liquid chlorine in any pool stores. My entire family lives in Florida and we have always bought jugs of liquid chlorine, but I can't find it anywhere in Charleston, South Carolina. I have checked just about every pool store, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. and they only carry granular, pucks or sticks. Anyone have any ideas? Is there a state regulation why I can't buy it retail? If I can't buy chlorine, is it worth using 3X the amount of 4% bleach? Thanks in advance - Ken
