New member, first time to post, I appreciate your input... We are building a pool in Flower Mound, TX. Currently talking to Mirage, Joy, BMR and Mermaid pools. I'm seeking any experience good or bad with these companies. Also, I have a few pool "newbie" questions... 1. What equipment is best - Pentair, Jandy or Hayward? 2. Filter - should I go DE, sand or cartridge? 3. Salt system - is it really all that, worth the money? 4. Pool surface - I'm having trouble cost justifying PebbleTec and thinking about a Quartz/plaster surface. Looking to extend the life of plaster. Thoughts? Thanks again! Dwight
