We have a fiberglass pool 1 year old. We have a salt system and a cover for the pool. After the winter and our first time getting in it this summer, we noticed a white milky substance all over the sides and bottom which made the water white. If you rub the sides your hands get all white. What can this be? I've heard two things "The gell coat is oxidizing or mineral deposits are building up". How do we find out what it is and then what do we do to correct this problem? thank you,
