used this prior to 2012 and have had problems with de-laminating. In mid 2012 AQUAFIN issued a technical report about this but haven't been fixing it. Looks like there may be a class action: http://www.consumerclassactionlawyers.com/aquafin-water-proofing-solution-class-action.html
