I believe I have black algae in my pool, I have tried super chlorinating it and using acid, do not remember if the gf tried algaecide. Is there a product out there that can get rid of it, root and all or is there a multitude of products to be used. Here are photos of the black algae. http://www.flickr.com/photos/104897156@N08/
