  1. it is an insulated cover (inflatable) but it was sitting a little low in the middle , hence it was holding water. now its a coupe of inches higher , I don't think we will have any more issues.
  2. thanks for the input. went with option #3. I overfilled by about 1.5" and added a £1.50 finding nemo (very important detail) swim ring. with a little fine tuning to the level , I think it will be just enough to keep the rainwater from "pooling" on top.
  3. hi , we have just purchased our first spa , a lazy spa vegas. its a great piece of kit for the really low price (£280...about $2.50!) but it holds rainwater in the inflatable cover and I'm worried about it putting too much strain on the tie-down straps. I have several ideas how to overcome this but wondered what would be best. 1. overfill spa , so centre of cover sits higher than sides of spa. 2. float ball/float ring in centre to lift cover so water runs off. 3.combination of both. 4. move somewhere drier. 5.any other options?? please be gentle .... first post!!
