fisrt timer Posted April 10, 2006 Report Posted April 10, 2006 Geee, is this another costco vs cal spa question???? The differnce in spas isnt whats on paper??? Havent you ever gone through the classified for a car and the add says, " in excellent condition" and you get there to find out is a POS? Anyone can candy coat things on paper. Its the power of marketing. IF I saw the 2 side by side, there wouldnt be a choice. Quote
flibotte Posted April 10, 2006 Report Posted April 10, 2006 For me personally I dont really care about a lot of that stuff. I hear so much about X filtration system, ozanators, super duper jet a vs ultimate power jet b or waterfalls, stereos, and led lights.. My big thing for me is how comfortable i am in the seats. I have one seat on my spa that is deeper and is nice on cold windy nights and another that isn't very deep and it is very comfortable and is the perfect hight to rest my arms on the side of the tub. Before I got my tub I was overly interested in how may jets and varations of jets but now I usually just run the jets for maybe 10 min and just soak in the tub the rest of the time. Also I was concerned about how big the tub was and how many people it would fit but 95% of the time it's just me and my girlfriend. I would say before you buy a tub figure out what is important to you and not get too caught up in the marketing crap of each company. Quote

That is great advice however some people don't care about the compfortability but rather the bells and whistles. I completely agree with you! Quote
