Ron Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 Well, it was a little scary but we plopped down our deposit this morning. Buying anthing this expensive always rattles me a little. Ordered a 2006 HS Grande. Now we wait, should be here in 3 weeks or so. Quote

Buying anthing this expensive always rattles me a little. Ordered a 2006 HS Grande. Now we wait, should be here in 3 weeks or so. What you are saying is VERY typical and I don't blame you. Part of you says "I can't belive I just wrote a check/CC for $9000 for a Hot Tub". The wait until it arrives is always rough and if there is time between delivery and getting electrical hook-up it's even worse (have your electrician plan to be there day of delivery). HOWEVER, that first soak will remind you why you're rewarding yourself and a spa can add so much to the entire family. Congrats. Quote
turbottt1 Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 Congrats!!!!! I know I felt guilty when we wrote the check, but as we just got out of the tub. { 4 of us] I don't feel guilty no more. I like to say it's the best money spent. How many people actually get to talk to their kids one on one for a hour. Congrats again. steve Quote
Jack L Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 Our 3 week wait went pretty dang quick. I just got out of my HS a few minutes ago and today makes our 5th day of ownership.... So far so good. Have fun! Quote

So far so good. Have fun! Ron, congrats on the new tub. I have just completed week number 2 of my 3-4 week wait for our new LA spa heet. The wait is horrible. I am sitting here with a sore neck, back and feet from working this weekend. I just want to soak but no tub. Departing with 8000 clams was tough when you think about all of the different things you could do with it but fortunately none sounded as good as this. One little trick I did when I bought ours, was I paid by credit card and collected my reward points and then paid it off as soon as it was posted. Now I get money back from that. Very nice. Post some pics when you get the new tub Quote
