I have heard of them they sell a lower end spa through the internet and they are also involved right now with the Costco program. I did do some warranty repairs for this company but we cut them off as they were not very good about warranty reimbursements. i wont go into any details lets just say there is a reason why they are cheaper. Yeah I noticed that with 2 years manufacturer with extended available. How about the Sterling series high end hot tubs? Are they any different? They are even cheaper for the high end sterling series?
