We are getting quotes on putting a liner pool in, and have 2 comparable quotes, only about $ 2000 difference between the 2. On the first ( cheaper ) quote, I've done some homework and know the company has had complaints on the construction having taken longer than thought, but, once the construction is done, they are happy with it. This company is supplying the Imperial / Legacy pool. The second quote ( about $2000 higher for the same shape ), says the Imperial pool is not the same quality of pool as the Ft. Wayne / Sterling pool is. I'm very impressed with this company's presentation, and the limited information ( at this point ) I've received. I'm in sales and I understand the stance of trying to destiguish your products from the others, but, is there any difference between these? Both companies, of course, said they offered the best products on the market. Also, what is the difference between an OZONE SYSTEM vs. SELF-CLEANING SALT SYSTEM? These both are add-ons with both companies, but only the second company offered the OZONE system. I appreciate any feedback, and any other questions or features I might need to look into farther. Warranties, and someone that will get it done fast and efficiently. Who do you like talking to better? Who has been around longer. Most of the time cheaper isn't better.
