Johnny D Posted May 24, 2007 Report Posted May 24, 2007 Planning on getting a Maxxus and noticed that the electrical is designed to enter thfrom the outside on either of the front two corners. I'd like to come up from underneath and stub up a piece of conduit when I plan the pad install to eliminate seeing it. Any problem coming up from underneath that I should be aware of? Thanks in advance. jd Quote
Flyonthewall Posted May 24, 2007 Report Posted May 24, 2007 Be careful Johnny. it probably won't work. most of the better spa brands can't be accessed thru the bottom. if you cut into it you may void the warranty. talk to sundance. if the dealer doesn't know talk to technical if you can. Quote
Mr Solo Posted May 24, 2007 Report Posted May 24, 2007 Can't you come up right next to the inlet area of the tub and hook it up clean? Quote
Johnny D Posted May 24, 2007 Author Report Posted May 24, 2007 Yes, I think I can. I can cover the 90 degree elbow with some decking. jd Quote
Mr Solo Posted May 24, 2007 Report Posted May 24, 2007 To me, that would be better than cutting a hole into the plastic tub at the bottom of the spa. Quote
