vbfdsooty Posted May 8, 2007 Report Posted May 8, 2007 Just a bit of experience regarding the purchase of a 2007 D-1 Nautilus. I did my research and decided on this brand and tub as it has a very good reputation. One week after purchasing the tub, both pumps had to be replaced as D-1 says they had a bad batch of pumps which was causing them to turn on and off whenever they wanted. Now, the new "M-Drive" panel on my unit does not have anything on the display...it is totally blank. The controls still work, but if I didn't know what buttons to push, I would be screwed. The tub on several occasions has heated to almost 110 degrees when set at only 102-104 degrees. The dealer has supposedly ordered a new panel but has not addressed the overheating issue. Any advise would be appreciated. I am hoping that my $10K investment was not unwise as I have waited many years to have a tub in my backyard. Costco is looking pretty good right now. Quote

I know the maker I am with on such a new spa should your problem continue would look into replacing it but I would not say that you are to that point just yet. Quote

The overheating could be control panel related? Quote
