JETS on one side of spa not working.

On an older Hot Springs Grandee (Model G) spa that was just cleaned and filled after the winter. Jets of one side of spa will not turn on when pressing JETS 1 button. However, those same jets of the same side work fine when pressing the Cleanup Cycle button. The JETS 2 on opposite side of spa work fine. First time this was noticed earlier today.
