Jandy 1400N system heater not working, display says check flow

I'm trying to heat my pool and on my app it looks like it's heating but it isn't coming on, the display on the heater says "check flow."  We know the filters are clean and there is no obstruction.  Does this have anything to do with the sensor?  Does everything look good on the sensor display?
