Hello,

I have a 2008 Tiger River Caspian.  It has the IQ2020 board.

All of a sudden it stopped heating.

On the board the power light is flashing.  The "Htr On" light is ON.  The "Limit OK" light is on and green.

The D21 light is also on, but from what I read is normal behavior.

I did a test with my multimeter where the 2 wires come out of the Heater Relay Board and it had the 240 Volts as expected.  My 1st thought then was Bad heater.

I replaced the heater.

Still no heat.  (EDIT, At 1st I thought there was no power going to the heater, but there is)

Where can I be going wrong here?  The heater install was pretty simple and not sure I could have messed it up.  It was just 3 wires and 2 sensors with plugs that only fit in 1 location.

Another EDIT:  One other point to note:  When I measure voltage of each wire coming out of the heater board to the ground, each one has 120.  But when I measure them to each other I am not getting anything (Thinking it should be 240).  And to be honest I can't remember what it was before I replaced the heater

Thanks in advance for any help

Should be 240V across the heater outputs.  Likely that the heater board has a relay blown or cold solder joint on the back.  Remove the board for inspection.
