Neal Sach Posted March 16 Report Posted March 16 Dear Forum, mu hottub recently had the Sn code error which normally means a bad sensor. I changed them both out but now get the HH and Ic error codes suggesting the thermocouple are bad as they must ne reading very high and very low temperature. I ordered additional sensors (they are only $23 off of Amazon) and installed them. Some combnations of thermocouples can get the error codes to clear breifly but the read temperature is down in the 40s which is not possible as I measure the temperature as 65 out of the tap. Does anyone have any ideas? Sometimes the hottub panel will show a temperature of 48 which is still way too low and it starts to heat but then the HH code comes back. Do you think the board is bad? Is there anyway to individually see what temperature the sensors are reading? Thanks in advance, Neal. Quote
Spa Board Doctor Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 Very possibly a problem on the circuit board having to do with the sensors circuit. This is a repairable failure. 1 Quote
