Periodic Malfunction of Jets

I have a Tuff Spa Zen series, Balboa HJ81 system 110V, 5 years old. A few months ago the motor failed, before that occasionally the main fuse would fail.  My local repair place fit the water pump on a Jacuzzi motor.  Worked for a month then control unit failed.  Got a new HJ81 controller, installed it.  A couple months later, it failed.  I swapped it with another, worked fine for a few weeks, now it will come on sporadically and keeps the heat but jets don’t always trigger.  I hear the click.  🙄
