Dennis Gilchrist Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 Hi, I have an old hot tub, I think the pressure switch is done, maybe! I bypassed it and once the temp has reached 102, it stops heating, but the 3 lights start flashing below temp readout, then I have to disconnect the bypass wire a couple times for the lights to stop flashing, then it does it again, is that normal when you bypass it? It does the same thing when the wires are on the switch too, any info would be great to rectify this issue. Thanks Dennis Quote
CanadianSpaTech Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 First remove the filters. Run without until issue is fixed. Power off filters out power on. Does the 3 dots flashing continue? No: Soak filters in filter wash and clean thoroughly... or replace with new if more then a year old. Yes: try and adjust the pressure switch (Youtube) If 3 dots continue then you might want to replace it. Do you see a red LED light on the board lower right hand side? If yes it might be a high limit issue. Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover so we can see what system you have. Does the spa have a circulation pump? Quote
