Adding chemicals without pump running

We have a Tiger River Sumatran whose pump has broke and we now have no jets 😢 A replacement one is coming in 10 days. 

We always add chemicals with the jets running but for now can not do so. Is it OK to add chemicals without the jets on or should we just wait until it is fixed? It needs topping up.
