Replaced board on Sundance hot tub but no power at transformer, help.

Hello. 

I just replaced a board on a Sundance Chelsea and the unit will not power up, no display and no power feeding the auxiliary transformer. The original board was marked 6600-087 rev. A and it was replaced with the newer 6600-726 board(new board also marked 6600-087 rev D). Everything was plug and play however I had no display upon powering up. Checked the black/red on the plug feeding the transformer and I have no voltage. I'm reading 240 coming in from the feed that goes to the board and the fuse on the board reads good. I'm at a loss why the transformer is not getting 240v to feed the 12v back. Any tips or help is appreciated. Thanks.
