Help with settings of Balboa BP501 spa pack with Jacuzzi J345

A technician said the original spa pack of Jacuzzi J345 was burned out, he replaced it with the Balboa SRBP501X spa pack and TP600 display. The J345 has 1 circ pump and 2 1 stage pumps originally. Since replacement, I cant get a hold of the guy and now I have issue with the programming. The tub heated up fine. But pump 1 and circ pump are both turned on with jet 1 button, jet 2 controls pump 2 fine. To test, I run filtereration cycle A, it turns on the circ pump, filtereration cycle B turns on the pump 2 fine. Attached is the pictures for references. Either the connection of circ and pump 1 are plugged into the wrong ports or the setup # is not configured properly. Or maybe the pack installed isn't compatible. Can someone please suggest how to troubleshoot? Thanks and much appreciated!

The schematic looks to be different from the pack? The schematic shows it does not have a circ pump option.

SR=Sunrise Spas. You will need to find a schematic for that board if it is indeed different from the schematic.
