Hello All,

About 8 years ago I bought a new spa pack from Spa Depot.  Everything worked fine when I emptied the hot tub and shut it down May of this year.  Last weekend I filled the tub, turned it on, and saw every light was lit up on top side control and the display was reading 888.  If I unplugged the controller from the board the pump and heater would come on.  I could then plug the top side control back in and everything would work normally until the next day.  When I looked at it the next day it was the same thing as before- all of the lights were lit up on the top side controller and the display read 888.

I bought a new top side control and this didn't fix the problem.  Yesterday I pulled the spa pack out and looked at the board.  There weren't any burnt spots or anything that appeared bad when looking at it.  The board is a Gecko board # 9911-500127.  There's also a Hydro-Quip sticker with # 0207-100001 on it.  I did a pretty extensive Google search on both numbers and neither are available.

I guess at this point, I'm looking to see if there is anyone out there that can diagnose and repair the board since a replacement isn't available.  Does anyone know of a person or company that can test and repair this board?

Where on the planet are you located? Post photos of the circuit board installed and the schematic on the inside cover and the topside so we can see what you have

I am in Cincinnati, OH.  I have attached pictures of the circuit board and topside control; from some reason all of my photos got rotated 90 degrees when they uploaded 😕

There is nothing on the inside cover.

Yes, the board can likely be repaired.  The boards that you and @CanadianSpaTech found would also work if you can find one in stock.  The "120V" in the board description refers to the transformer voltage, all the outputs can be configured for 240V if necessary via jumper wires.
