Jackhammer effect when changing to certain jets

My Tiger River Bengal was just refilled and it seems to be working well aside from one problem. There are four jet settings. Two work fine, but two of them get a "hammer" effect that continues the entire time that they are on. This has happened with one of the jets the entire time I've had the spa, but now it's happening in two of them. I'm wondering what causes this, and if it's curable. 

Is it an air bubble in one of the lines? Is there a way to bleed them?  Hoping there's an answer.
