Hello everyone,

I am new here and was looking for some help. I purchased a demo unit swim spa from a local store, it is just a shell of a hot tub. I was able to research and buy all the necessary hardware needed as it was easy to find through manuals and replacement parts list. Now I have all the material I need to plumb and wire the swim spa up. The wiring is very simple and straight forward I am a controls engineer and can easily figure it out, as well as a schematic is provided on the spa pack. The plumbing I have a rough idea, but I really need some help with how it is done exactly.

I was wondering if anyone is able to explain or show me pictures of an existing swim spa plumbed. I bought a bunch of tubing and manifolds that I discussed with a dealer that would be needed, which will get me 80% there until I get into the fine details. I am wondering where do the manifolds get located, on pumps? On diverters? In-line as close to jets as possible? How do the diverters get plumbed up in relation to the pumps and jets? What about the flow controllers (if that is what you call them on top of the spa for flow control of series of jets). How does the turbine master jets get plumbed? Do they get there own pump? How do they work with the flow controls? Where does the O-zone sanitizer fit in? How do the drains interact with everything so the water is recycled? Through the manual I know the rough location of all the pumps and devices need to be, but I am unsure of the plumbing exactly.
