Sunbuilt Pools Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Beachcomber is located in British Columbia and they should have several warranty centers in Toronto. The warranty centers should carry the parts you require. The big question is what is actually wrong with it? Does it circulate? Does it Heat at all? Does it reach the desired temperature? If the motor does not work it is either the electric feed or something in the motor (capacitor, or requires rewinding) If it is very noisy then it is likely bearings and can be taken to a small motor shop. A small motor shop should be able to evaluate it for you. Honestly, if it is bearings, you are almostr better off to replace as the cost of repair will not be cheap and it will likely not run as quiet afterwards. If the heater does not work it may require a new element or a pressure switch may be broken as well as the thermostat. You'll have to isolate the problem in order to get advise. Beachcomber does have a 1-800 help line. Quote
