Air leak at intake vent by filter housing at bottom of Tahiti Plus Salu Spa

Hot tub won’t stay inflated. Air leaking out of intake vent by filter housing  at bottom of hot tub.  Had a similar issue with top vent & they replaced tub because it was under warranty. Unfortunately the filter housing is in the way of removing that screw in top of vent.  Any ideas??

That entire filter housing will unscrew from that port.
