Have a 2015 Hotsprings Vanguard Hot tub.

Decided to drain and clean this morning. Turned the two breakers off (20w and 30w) then drained the tub, cleaned it and refilled.

When I flipped the breakers back on I had no power to the tub whatsoever. Not a single sound, light, nothing. Did it over and the same result.

Tested the incoming power wires and all had power at the circuit board so its not the breakers.

I tested every wire I could find on the board that I thought had power and all showed they were getting power. Still not one LED light or anything anywhere, no sounds, ozonator dead. Control Panel on the deck dead.

There is a small glass fuse on the lower right of the board, checked that and it was fine. Also replaced the battery on the board just in case.

All was working fine until I flipped the breakers off to start the clean.

Anyone have this happen? Any ideas? Am I missing something obvious here?

OK here is  pic of the board, the power is on. I have power coming in to the board on all wires on the left.

This image is with power to the board on. Small glass fuse lower right is ok, replaced the circular battery on right as well.

Am wondering if there is some reset to do after turning off the breakers?

Sadly no responses, hoping someone out there has had a similar issue or has some suggestions. Thanks

I was able to and have a couple of times since been able to power it up by playing around withe the breakers.

Flip the breakers on, nothing happens. Turn off the 20A one and after a short while the lights come on the board. Had a flashing red LED light when only the 30A breaker was on. Turned solid when I flipped the 20A back on. One the 20A is flipped back on its working perfectly until the next time I turn them off.

Sometimes I have to do this procedure two or three times before I get the lights to come on. Causes? Any ideas. Suspecting a new circuit board is needed.
