Spa not working after board replacement

Recommended Posts

My spa had no power when checked on it yesterday. It  had tripped the breaker. I reset the breaker and still nothing.  I turned the breaker off again and took the cover off the control box and could smell burnt electrical upon further inspection I could see the board had a burnt spot under one of the relays.

The board is a 6600-288 the replacement for the board is now 6600-726 which I purchased and installed.

I still have no topside lights / display.

I checked the main fuse and its ok.

I tried turning off the power. Disconnecting the display and turning it back on and nothing.

I did note there is a line of pins on top of this replacement board that the 288 board didn't have and an extra connector.

Any direction would be very much appreciated.

Schematic on inside cover of pack? Also back the camera out so we can see the entire board and wiring

Do you have a multi meter and know how to use it?

In the top photo the bottom sensor looks crooked. Is it on properly?
