Kov38
20 year old caldera paradise spa - no heat. No power to heater, display calling for heat, heater relay board 2 years old and appears ok visually, power ok from relay board to main pcb, new circ pump(old one was seized which I believe led to this issue), jumped pressure sensor and heater did not turn on, Lim ok light on main pcb is lit, heat light on main pcb is not illuminated. see picture of main circuit board. Is that my problem? Components look fried (see gooey black stuff in 3 spots). another post I saw suggested that is glue from mfg. process?? cranbiz
That's glue. It's not your issue. If you verified that you have no power to the heater when it's calling for heat, it's probably the heater relays.
