I am seriously considering the purchase of the Marquis 641R spa. The best price I got from the dealer was $5699 (before tax) which includes the upgrade package (cover, durawood, steps, led light, and waterfall.) This price also includes delivery and setup. I am interested in hearing from anyone with experience with this spa, marquis spas in general, and if this sounds like a fair price. Any info is greatly appreciated, thank you!!!

Very nice spa, great mold actually the best selling mold for Marquis in thier history. That is a very very good price.

Does that price include a coverlift and the mineral/bromine injection system?

Yes, that price includes the coverlift and chemical system

Sounds like a great price to me. My wife and I were interested in that spa, but the dealer was still over $7k when we left the showroom. It is a nice spa if it can be had @ $6K, otherwise it's overpriced IMO.

My wife and I look at that model and it was between 641 and the Rewards. we were quoted 6100 for the 641. We end up getting a great deal on the rewards at 8000 so it was a little bit bigger and had built in chem system. After my research I found Marquis to be up there with the big boy players in the spas industry. we take delivery on May 3. If you wet tested and feel happy about the spa price I think you have come close in making up your mind. Wish you luck in what ever choice you make. Lets us know what you do.

thank you all for your input!!!

We had a Marquis for 12 years in Alaska and loved it. As I recall, in the 12 years, we replaced one pump, one heater, and a couple of jets; not bad for all the use we made of it. Your price seems very reasonable.
