Sundance spa cracked manifold and elbow

Recommended Posts

Hi I have recently purchased a 2012 Sundance aspen spa , yes the deal was to good to be true  ($700) and filled tub, and found a cracked manifold / elbow. I removed the foam however hard to reach, thinking of putting tub in side and access from bottom . What’s the experts thoughts and any advice ? Everything Else checks out , control board , pumps , heater , etc. thanks for everyone’s time .

@B Land Yes standing the spa and removing the bottom might be your best option. What is on the other side of the elbow? You will have to get to the other side of it and get to either soft plumbing or to wherever the rigid plumbing ends and that might be a fitting that enters the bather area. Post more photos once you get to the other side and we can advise you from there.
