johnjackson99 Posted May 29, 2023 Report Share Posted May 29, 2023 Just bought a house with a hot springs vanguard (I think 2010ish model) and jet 2 isn’t working. I powered down. Drained and cleaned just because. Powered back up and nothing. Opened panel up and everything on the board looks corrected and fine. No corrosion. when on the control there isn’t even a “jet 2” option. Figured it might be the pump but why wouldn’t the option at least show on control panel? also seems like it has the old ace salt cell Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CanadianSpaTech Posted May 30, 2023 Report Share Posted May 30, 2023 Test all fuses. Is there an AUX button? Some spas the pump button works both pumps progressively. First press pump 1 low speed, second press pump 1 high speed, 3rd press pump 2 high speed.. or low then high if pump 2 is a 2 speed pump. If fuses all test good you might have to disconnect pump 2 from the board and test for power coming off the board when pump 2 should be running. If you get power then it is a pump issue if you don't then it is a board issue and possible bad relay. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
