CanadianSpaTech
First remove filter and turn main power breaker off/on. Run without filter and see if error comes back.
P-O
Thank you for your answer! I did it and the code is always there. 😕 Do you know if there is a trick for rebooting all the board? When I put the spa in test mode, i’m not able to do anything with the controle pad…all is locked. Thank you!
RDspaguy
It's either a flow restriction or a sensor/heater issue. What is that brown spot on the left side sensor wire?
P-O
Hmmm good eye! i’m gonna check this tomorrow! Do you have an idea of the resistance for this kind of sensor? thanks for your answer!
RDspaguy
It's resistance changes with temp. It will be in the thousands of ohms. What matters is that both are the same. Google "balboa sensor resistance chart" if you are wanting to know exact.
P-O
I check my resistance of my sensor and all i good for both. So I take out all the board and I saw this…? What’s your bet? The spa always code OHH… Thanks guy!
P-O
I check the heater relay with my finger on the surface and the relay is clicking…that sound like i need a new board…:/

Did you secure the nut beneath the heater tab before loosening the nut on top? Be sure to do so on installation as it can twist the terminal post and crack the seal, leading to heater failure. Remove heater tube and look inside for scale/debris. One sensor is very close to the element, and a buildup connecting them can lead to a sensor error.
