CardiffKid
Hello all, I recently acquired an Arctic Spa hot tub. I had to replace the motherboard because the main power lugs were broken. No idea how it happened. Mothers handyman disconnected it. No telltale signs of arcing on old board. When I turn power on, nothing happens. I have 240 at board and 120 individually at board. 2 power lines, ground and neutral. I have power at various relays on the board. No power to control panel at all. Swapped with known good panel and still nothing. Control panel disconnected results in nothing. I am a beginner with a multimeter but am pretty good at following directions! I have not checked transformer or heater.I included pics of transformer and a couple of new board and old where you can see power lugs broken out. Any guidance would be much appreciated! CanadianSpaTech
Test the glass F4 fuse. It powers the transformer/board

CardiffKid
New info. Transformer was plugged in to wrong pins. I’m plugged in to correct pins now and GFi trips. New transformer or anything to test before I get a new transformer?
CanadianSpaTech
Disconnect heater from board and try. Usually heater causes a trip. Next if still tripping try disconnecting each pump 1 x 1. If at end and nothing connected but still tripping go for the transformer
CardiffKid
I replaced transformer. GFI still trips. Transformer not plugged in GFI does not trip. Motherboard is new. Any thoughts? Thank you so much for help given.
CanadianSpaTech
So you have everything (pumps, lights...) disconnected from the board and it still trips when you connect the transformer?
CardiffKid
Yes everything is unplugged. New transformer. GFI still trips. Was thinking of replacing GFI to rule it out.

Contact where you bought the board and see what they say. Don't tell them that part though...lol
