Depending on the age, it's likely that you may have some bad capacitors. You can tell they are bad as the tops tend to be domed out instead of flat and there might be a brown goo around the base. If you find this, replace the caps and see if it fixes it. Many times it does. If it's the power supply itself, good luck.
