BABYDUCK Posted March 9 Report Share Posted March 9 Tried the Covermate 1 and Covermate 3 - both do not work very well, cover way too heavy for one person to lift off, off kilter when pushing cover up, bars not long enough and cover falls forward on tub interfering with the people sitting in front of it (Covermate 3 specifically - the 1 did not do this) .... etc. So looking at Ultralift Boomerang and Freemount. Hot tub is 7'10" x 9'2" x 38". The cover runs the 9'2" (110 inches) length folded in half = 55". Sooo it is going to sit taller than the tub which is only 38" tall which is fine - better than 55" in the air - but we want to make sure the cover clears the tub properly when the bars are set so that they run the 94" width span at the halfway point. Does anyone have a Boomerang with or without the Freemount and a Bullfrog M9 - does it work well - pictures would be great Thanks kindly for your input.
