Mike223
110 or 220? Have you verified proper voltage going to the control box? Sometimes when the topside auxiliary panel goes bad, it errors out the box. Unplug it. It’ll look like a phone cord that goes into a wall in a house. Do not confuse it with the thinner ribbon cable going to your main control panel. Verify rodents haven’t chewed anything, especially the thermistor wires coming out of your heater. I've noticed it has the IQ2000, without ozone. Looking inside the control box, it doesn't have the heater board. I primed the circulation pump. When I did, I heard it hissing and the heater was making water warm up to there? The lights are both on until I start the spa, then the (Red) light goes off. I don't see any damage on board. I'll take a pic and post it. I will try to figure out how to test with the meter and let you know. Thanks blockquote widget
Mike223
Circulation pump might be dead or seized, and the heater could be heating the water until protection mode is triggered. verify you DO in fact have proper circulation from the circ pump. Older pumps draw about .65 amps and the newer ones are .25 - .30 amps

Sheeeeiiit, I do want to go out on own with repair work, so I’ll have to figure out remote billing. Lol Glad you’re on the right track to get it fixed.
