110 or 220? Have you verified proper voltage going to the control box?

Sometimes when the topside auxiliary  panel goes bad, it errors out the box. Unplug it. It’ll look like a phone cord that goes into a wall in a house. Do not confuse it with the thinner ribbon cable going to your main control panel.

Verify rodents haven’t chewed anything, especially the thermistor wires coming out of your heater.

It's a 110. I've checked the aux panel, and it's working. I've noticed it has the IQ2000, without ozone. Looking inside the control box, it doesn't have the heater board. I primed the circulation pump. When I did, I heard it hissing and the heater was making water warm up to there? The lights are both on until I start the spa, then the (Red) light goes off. I don't see any damage on board. I'll take a pic and post it. I will try to figure out how to test with the meter and let you know. Thanks
