Rick B.
I just replaced my Balboa spa circuit board (PN 56704) panel and topside (TP600) panel. Performed the proper programming. All works well except for the spa light. When the light button is pressed, the LED indicator on the panel goes on however the spa light does not. I do hear a relay click from the circuit board when the button is pressed. I checked for voltage on the J15 terminals on the circuit board. According to spec it should be 10v DC. Unfortunately there is no voltage reading on J15 when the spa light button is activated. I see nothing in the tech sheet for light configuration or anything referencing jumpers, etc. I’m wondering if it could be a fuse on the circuit board? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! CanadianSpaTech
Post photos of the circuit board, schematic on the inside cover. Does the spa have a stereo?

Rick B.
Hi. I checked out the fuses and all were good. Actually it turned out to be a loose wire on the connector. Replaced the connector and light works fine. on a separate matter (I can do a new thread if desired) wonder if you have any insight on how I might get a replacement heater relay for the board I replaced. Do you know of any sources? See pics of fried relay.
cranbiz
Amazon usually has replacement relays. Peel the white label off of the relays to get the model number
kevin1701
Same issue. I thought you measured no power? How was that fixed with connector? I have same symptoms. Relay picks up but no power. Light used to work intermittently. Now it does not. Which connector? Outgoing to lamp?
Rick B.
Well I was checking voltage down the line. Not directly off the board. There was a connector between board and where I checked the voltage. Connector had a loose wire. So board output was fine.
