Jets won’t turn on high

Either the pump has a bad capacitor or supply voltage is not stable enough. You can power down the entire circuit and verify there are no loose wires anywhere, including inside the subpanel at the bottom of each breaker.

 

If it’s the cap on the pump, check your warranty period. Likely will need to be replaced.
